Bioinformatics Institute is non-governmental non-profit Bioinformatics research and educational institution. It operates since 2010. The purpose of educational programs is to acquaint students with the main objectives and methods of bioinformatics and with open problems related to this science.

It is located in St. Petersburg, Russia.
